Applications for Commercialisation Australia assistance are now being accepted.
Commercialisation Australia is a new Australian Government initiative that assists researchers, entrepreneurs and innovative companies to convert ideas into successful commercial ventures.
The support provided by Commercialisation Australia is tailored to the needs of each participant and structured around key development stages in the commercialisation pathway:
Skills and Knowledge: support of up to $50,000 for specialist advice and services to help commercialise an idea.
Experienced Executives: Support of up to $200,000 over two years to engage experienced CEOs or other executives.
Proof of Concept Grants: from $50,000 to $250,000 to test the commercial viability of a new product, process or service.
Early Stage Commercialisation: repayable grants from $250,000 to $2 million to undertake activities that, enable a new product, process or service to be taken to market.
AusIndustry will host information seminars on key aspects of this important new program including presentations by Commercialisation Australia representatives followed by a Questions and Answers session.
