About us

AusIndustry is the Australian Government's principal business program delivery division in the Department of Innovation, Industry, Science and Research.

We deliver a range of more than 35 business programs worth about
$2 billion each year to more than 12,000 businesses and about 85,000 individuals.

These programs include:
  • innovation grants
  • tax and duty concessions
  • small business skills development
  • support for industry competitiveness

Congratulations to AusIndustry customer NOJA Power Switchgear of Murrarie in Brisbane for winning the 2009 Premier of Queensland's Export of the Year award!
NOJA Power is a Queensland company of electrical engineers and contractors that research and develop, design, manufacture and supply low and medium voltage electrical switchgear.

NOJA Power Switchgear, as a winner in the Large Advanced Manufacturer category of the Premier of Queensland's Export Awards, now progresses to the Australian Export Awards to be held in Canberra on 20 November.


Introducing Renee Chilton and Tim Clark who have just joined the AusIndustry Regional Manager team in Queensland. Renee Chilton is the new Assistant Regional Manager for North Queensland and Tim is the new Assistant Regional Manager for Southern Queensland and Northern New South Wales.
