Minister's Message

Last month we released details of the Government's new Commercialisation Australia initiative, which I urge all researchers, businesses and innovative firms to investigate. The scheme marks a real departure from past approaches, tailoring assistance to applicants' needs rather than cramming projects into a cookie-cutter scheme. It will kick off early next year and will help researchers, entrepreneurs and innovative firms turn ideas into commercial realities and create good jobs at the same time.

- Senator Kim Carr
Minister for Innovation, Industry, Science and Research
