The Export Market Development Grant scheme is administered by Austrade and the next round of grants is now open for applications. Small and medium sized exporters can apply for funding and the scheme reimburses up to 50 per cent of eligible export promotional expenses, up to eight grants. Payments are made to recipients in two parts over 12 months up to a total of $200,000 per applicant. |  |

 | A unique air conditioning system up to 12 times more power efficient than traditional systems is one of 22 projects to be offered more than $13 million in funding under round three of the Australian Government's Climate Ready program. The projects will support about 180 green jobs and brings to 73 the total number of projects funded under the program, worth more than $58 million and supporting about 760 jobs. |

A recent check of imports made under AusIndustry determinations for Enhanced Project By-law Scheme revealed that ineligible goods have been claimed. As a result, the Australian Customs and Border Protection Service issued an Australian Customs Notice to remind EPBS customers what is not eligible to claim under these determinations. The ACN includes a comprehensive listing of both eligible and ineligible goods under EPBS. |  |
